Our Information Technology team supporting Engineering is currently looking for a talented IT Project Manager to help build the future of aerospace engineering data management and decision support systems for our product design and development activities.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing projects from the initial idea to production deployment.
- Partnering with engineering customers and software and service providers to implement packaged or custom developed solutions.
- Managing project schedules and resources to drive successful implementation of waterline projects to achieve proposed benefits.
- Leading Continuous improvement activities to investigate turn backs, escapes and improve application performance, quality and reliability.
- Solving complex challenges while building your skills every day.
Additional Qualifications
- Prior technical experience as an application developer (java or sharepoint) is a plus
- PMP certification is a plus

BS/BA with 2-5+ years of experience
MS/MA with 4-10+ years of experience
- Information Technology experience in project management and solutions architecting.
- Experience using a Structured Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.
- Experience in the acquisition and management of third party software suppliers and services.
- Ability to lead efforts that span multi departments and involve diverse groups, gaining consensus where needed, along with planning, organizing and prioritizing work.
- Experience in one of more software tools such as Java, HTML, .Net, C, SQL, scripting and or similar languages.
- Experience with Windows, Unix and/or Linux operating systems.
- Experience with Business Objects or other business intelligence tools is a plus.
