IT Service Desk Analyst

Education and Experience Required:

At least 2 years experience working for a Financial Institution in a Service Desk role.

At least 3 years experience working in an IT Technical role with an MCP/MCSE competency covering Hardware/Software/Networking/ proficiencies

Preferably ITIL Qualified – Version 2 or 3.

Excellent Customer Service skills , able to deal with challenging situations arising from IT systems outages

An experienced Customer facing analyst who can meet the expectations of a wide and varied Userbase.

HDI Customer Service Representative certification advantageous

Key Tasks and Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

Call Logging – ensuring calls are logged accurately, prioritized correctly, with all major outages escalated immediately.

1st Line Support – Troubleshooting for all US business teams to Incident resolution where possible

Communication – ensure Customers are kept abreast of the status of their incidents with regular updates.

EOD Batch Overnight Processing – able to run an EOD process from start to finish, ensuring overnight issue escalated immediately.

Ensuring awareness & compliance with all Bank and Regulatory rules
