- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support all office technology including the network, servers, computers, printers, website, and the organizations web presence - Supports the organizations database system for all programs and Constituents. Train and monitor staff in the proper usage of office technology and programs; possessing the ability to conduct or suggest training/tutorial sessions that will enhance hardware and software proficiency - Computer Skills: intermediate to advanced understanding and hands on experience with networking technologies (IP, LAN, WAN, Routing, DHCP, DNS, Wireless standards, etc.) are required. Experience with CISCO products a plus. Microsoft - Windows Server deployment and administration using AD, Microsoft Exchange deployment and administration, and basic SQL server administration experience are required. Working knowledge of HTML, XML, Joomla, PHP and similar web technologies is essential. Ability to integrate mobile and remote users/devices into the office network is necessary.
