As a Business Analyst, you will not only be training customers on point-of-sale software in CounterPoint, you*ll be helping our clients to solve problems within their businesses with the utilization of this software as a tool. You should be an excellent trainer and have a strong strong ability to work through problems, having some retail background is required. The ideal candidate would have experience with CounterPoint (a Radiant Systems product), but in the absence of that would posses knowledge of various operating systems and be knowledgable in computers from an IT perspective, great familiarity with computer networking, have experience with project management to the extent that planning and executing a complicated software implementation is uirements:Software training/consulting experience Experience with CounterPoint POS preferred, but not required Know-how in project management Experience with MS SQL Excellent knowledge of Windows NT/2000/XP and other operating systems Excellent knowledge of computer/hardware networking Knowledge of or familiarity with retail stores and operations Excellent communication and administrative skills Reliable Transportation Strong desire to help othersBenefits:This position is full-time, salaried plus bonuses and billable hourly rate.
