· Works closely with IT Program Managers, business partners, and IT technical resources to plan and execute billing system tasks for business as usual activities and enterprise software releases, including, but not limited to:
o CSG billing system configuration
o Macros
o Passers
o Tax parameters including configuration
o Security profile parameters and maintenance
o Production tickets
o Software defect tickets
o Requirements gathering and SDLC management for billing system software enhancements
o Project management/deployment activities for CSG software releases
o SQL queries
· Assists business partners with drafting billing system requirements/enhancements and configuration changes and supports these requests during internal/external meetings with DISH’s internal IT software configuration team, IT business liaisons, IT developers, IT project managers and CSG Systems’ analysts.
· Performs analysis to identify/verify production application issues, provides solutions and co-ordinates auditing to validate process success on large and complex CSG configuration projects.
· Supports, reviews and/or approves testing scripts, in order to validate test results.
· Performs ongoing auditing of configuration requests to validate process success.
· Performs analysis to identify/verify production application issues; determines solutions for production application issues and manages project plans until resolution.
· Project manages solution execution, organizes deployment and/or support actions required in response to deployment issues.
· Provides application and process subject matter expertise for business partners and IT technical resources.
· Updates SOX process documentation quarterly, as required; completes quarterly SPOQ questionnaires, as required and performs/monitors required SOX controls.
