Job Requirements:
BS/BA Degree in Information Technology related field in addition to 2+ years ""Real Time"" experience
Provide Systems Analysis support for interfacing business and computer application systems
Development or modification of procedures to solve complex business issues related to client needs, application capabilities and industry requirements
Gather, formulate and define requirements (requirements gathering) to resolve complex business systems issues.
Understanding of software development life cycle and testing processes
Job Responsibilities:
Provide End-User support
Systems validation and support document production assistance
Database maintenance and Ad hoc Report writing
Manual back-up to systems
