Kelly IT Resources has an opportunity for an IT Technical Analyst in Metro Detroit. This is a direct hire position. Kelly IT Resources is among the largest and most respected technology recruitment firms in the country. Position Description: The IT Team Lead/Systems Analyst is responsible for coordinating assigned projects in all technical and communication aspects in order to finalize them according to company requirements and within deadlines. This position demands a detail oriented individual who will work in an organized manner and employ best practices and methods to ensure quality in work delivered. The ideal candidate will have experience with SQL/crystal report writing, ASP programming, relational database integration, and systems administration. Candidate will need to be well organized and have proven project management experience. Candidate must also possess the ability to coach and mentor other IT staff and the ability to apply general organizational knowledge of the business and systems process in problem analysis. Responsibilities: - Designing, coding, and supporting leading-edge web applications - Integrating with partner systems using a variety of protocols - Optimizing team processes and practices with new ideas, concepts, methods and technologies - Introducing and integrating new technologies into existing data center environments. - Performing routine audits of systems and software and system performance tuning. - Performing backups and maintaining the backup infrastructure. - Installing and configuring new hardware and software. - Responsible for defining and maintaining procedures and documentation on projects. - Troubleshooting any reported problems. - Responsible for network infrastructure maintenance.
