IVR Developer-Work From Home
We are currently looking to hire two IVR developers. All of the positions are telecommute positions with 10% (or less) travel. At this point, the position will be a 6 - 12 month contract engagement, however, they are growing rapidly and we project a longer engagement. They are looking to fill the roles as quicly as possible.
Job Functions: ? This position is for an IVR Developer with experience developing dynamic speech-enabled VXML applications in Java/.Net. ? Candidates must have experience with integrating to back-end host systems via MQ, JDBC, HTTP and Web Services.
Desired Skills and Experience: ? Voice XML, Speech Enabled Call Center IVR systems, Speech Recognition Grammar development (GRXML) ? Strong Java skills and object-oriented design experience, including strong working knowledge of the Java web technology platform, applied use of design patterns, JSP, servlets and Web Services. ? Excellent database development skills including a solid understanding of database technologies, and logical and physical data modeling. ? Experience with Spring Framework (any framework) strongly desired. ? Excellent database (Oracle/ MSSQL) development skills including a solid understanding of database technologies, and logical and physical data modeling. ? Rational Application Developer (RAD) or any IDE. ? WebSphere Application Server or any application server ? Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery.
