Responsibilities/Requirements/Qualifications: We are looking to hire a J2ee architect on a full time basis. Title: Sr. Java EE Developer/Architect Position Summary: A Sr. Java EE Developer/Architect needed to analyze an existing Java EE application used for generation and presentation of reports to the Client’s customers. The Sr. Developer/Architect will then recommend an approach for simplifying the application architecture. The application consists of a web client component, report generation components, an XML extract component, and an admin/security/access component. The Java EE application sits on an Oracle DB. Position reports to the onsite Sogeti Project Manager. Required Skills & Experience: * Software/Applications: Java EE, XML, IBM HTTP Server, WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Portal Server, Tivoli Access Manager, Novell eDirectory * Databases: Oracle 8i, DB2 * Experience in customer facing roles with Director-level interaction.
