Premier Alliance Group is a fast growing business and technology consulting firm. We are always looking for excellent resources to join our TEAM.
We have an excellent opportunity for a Java Application Developer in Kansas City, KS.
This is an initial 6 month contract with the possibility of being extended beyond the 6 month time frame and/or lead to full time/permanent employment.
The developer will have the opportunity to work on developing cutting edge highly transactional J2EE applications to meet the business needs of our customers.
The developer should be strongly rooted in open source technologies and have an interest in working on highly performance oriented technologies in an Agile environment. The candidate should be very hands on technical individual who also has demonstrated leadership skills and attributes.
The candidate will work with a team of developers to perform design, development, testing, and documentation of all new applications and enhancements. Communication with clients and fulfillment of client support requests is also required in an environment that supports a high data volume.

Requirements:
Basic Skills Requirement: ? 5-10 years of Java development experience ? Must be in an Object Oriented Programming environment (OOP) environment ? graphical user interface (GUI) front end experience ? professional experience with JSP, Servlets, JDBC, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and XML ? Drools and Drools Flow experience, desired ? B.S. in Computer Science or a related field is strongly preferred
