Working closely with Product Owners, Architects and other stakeholders . Ramping-up new team members . 5+ years in software development. . 3+ years in Java development. . 2+ years as a technical lead or architect. BE / h / h / MCA from any recognized institute / university. . Strong programming background in Core Java. . Strong skills in JavaScript, JSP, HTML, CSS, Web Services (or REST), jQuery, JUnit and JQL . Strong analytical skills . Experience in refactoring, redesign and scaling applications. . Experience with JIRA development, J2EE, JDBC, AJAX, JSON, Version Management (Perforce), Velocity, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Plug-in development will be an advantage. .
