Here is what Client looks for in an Architect: * 5 + Years Experience in a large scale enterprise architecture role * Multi-tiered Distributed Experience * Core IP Experience * For App Architect more App heavy than Infrastructure, but Infra is a bonus For App Architect: * Core Spring * Spring MVC/Webflow * Hibernate a must * SQL * XSL * Mule is a big plus (If you find a Mule Expert anywhere, he would talk with them) RESPONSIBILITIES * Must have 5+ yrs. Java experience in an enterprise-scale e-commerce application environment. * Must have ability to design and develop integration of real-time and batch solutions leveraging Mule ESB * Must have experience with Unix Scripting. * Must have experience with Mule ESB to configure services from HTTPS to MQ, HTTPS to TCP, TCP to MQ, etc channels. * Should have experience with developing web services using Mule ESB and CXF * Should have an understanding of software design/development techniques * Should have an understanding of software debugging techniques * Should have an understanding of test driven development using Junit * Should have an familiarity with securing the web services with certificates, implementing basic authentication etc * Should have experience on J2C * Should have ability to design and develop Web services using WebSphere * Should have experience with Jython scripting * Should have experience with MQ integration * Possess expert knowledge in Performance, Scalability, Security, Enterprise System Architecture, and Engineering best-practices.
