Practitioners of the IT Application Development profession primarily focus on providing high quality, cost effective information technology solutions to business partners by creating new or modifying and/or supporting existing software applications. Associates are expected to design, code, analyze, configure, unit test, and maintain applications. Main Duties:* Top-level technical expert in one or more highly specialized phases of applications programming* Provides technical consulting on complex projects* Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results* Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation* Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications programming* Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of a Litigation Management Front End Application* Work with Project Architect and Business Analysis team to design the architecture including database design* Work with Business Analysis Team on daily basis to schedule workload, programming effort and resolve any issue* Work with Scottsdale Development Staff on code review and walk through* Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications programming* Participate in Project team meetings* Provide Freedom Specialty Management and Project team weekly Status reportsUndergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, mathematics or related field is strongly preferred.
