Job Description
•Align with business and Corporate IT teams to deliver digital media strategic projects with purpose to effective re-use across franchise teams.
•Interface with Commercial customers to understand business requirements and needs and assist in the development of business cases and justifications.
•Develop complex technical projects using Oracle back-end.
•Design and develop cost-effective technical solutions to support and improve systems.
•Research technology solutions to meet business needs.
•Provide technical education, guidance and consulting to IT customers and team members on technology solutions, services, and standards.
•Participate in functional design review while working closely with Enterprise Architecture team.
•Install and support technical solutions and implementations.
•Establish service-level metrics used to define and measure technology services.
•Establish and manage effective vendor relationships
Job Requirements
•Ability to solve complex technical and business problems.
•Ability to manage and deliver medium-to-large size projects.
•Strong problem solving, analytical and documentation skills. Knowledge of JAVA required.
•Experience with SPRING, Hibernate frameworks.
•Experience writing/using RESTful Web Services.
•Experience writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures for Oracle database.
•Exposure to developing iOS applications for iPad/iPhone a plus.
•Ability to work effectively with external vendors.
•Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
•Self-starter; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
