. Provide project control document plan which will include functional and technical specifications of the application.
. Develop an Oracle APEX or Oracle Self Service based application based on the business requirements provided in the project control document plan.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited four-year college/university in one of the following majors: Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Applied Computer Sciences, and Informatics.
2. Five (5) years experience, in application analysis, design, programming, and implementation.
3. Five (5) years experience, supporting, maintaining and developing applications within Oracle E-Business Suite utilizing General Ledger, Public Sector Budgeting TeleService and Human Resource modules.
4. Four (4) years experience, working with Oracle/Applications version 11.5.9
5. One (1) year experience, working with Oracle/Applications version R12.
6. Three (3) years experience, integrating Oracle Applications with legacy systems using Application Programming Interfaces (API).
7. Four (4) years experience, extending applications within E-Business Suites.
8. Three (3) years experience, developing Web Applications using, Oracle Express (APEX 2.0/3.0), Oracle application/database architecture, PL/SQL, Mod-PL/SQL, Oracle Developer 6i including Oracle Forms and Reports.
9. Two (2) years experience, using Oracle 9i/10g Materialized Views, Discoverer, and BI Publisher.
