Job Description:
This is a newly created role within the Project Management Office (PMO) of one of Greenville’s top employers to work for. The successful candidate in this position will be responsible for the analysis and interpretation of data related to project budgets and tracking project spending. They will be able to look at big picture initiatives and participate in high-level planning meetings to determine how to make internal data work to meet the business needs. You will research, extract and analyze data from various databases and sources and will organize, and present data in formats that answer specific business questions and to resolve internal business issues.
Experience Requirements:
Advanced MS Excel skills
Experience with or aptitude for extracting data from databases (Access, Oracle, SQL Server)
Experience with writing raw SQL queries
Excellent communication skills
The ability to adapt to new office tools quickly
Firm understanding of Accounting/Finance terminology and practices would be preferred
