Junior Analyst, Member Services (Sports Media/Graphics/Web/IT)
We are looking for a Member Services Junior Analyst to support our Member Services team in New York City.
The Member Services Junior Analyst bridges the distance between Member Services and IT. This analyst must have strong problem-solving, mathematical and analytical skills. The Member Services Analyst should have an aptitude for computer technology and be proficient in spreadsheet, word processing and the company's internal software.
Responsibilities:
This position will create a monthly Exception Report, an analysis of each departments overall financial exceptions to policy, the overall monetary impact to the company, and be able to draw thoughtful conclusions from the data.
This position will be responsible for maintaining the internal SharePoint site, the creation of queries using SQL and Microsoft Access, creating and editing monthly reports, and assessing the department's technical streamline opportunities.
Explore current technical SOPs and find ways to streamline and make data more accessible to Member Services and the field.
SharePoint experience is a plus
This employee must be a critical thinker who is able to work cooperatively in a group towards a common goal.
Qualifications:
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (Finance major preferable)
Strong knowledge in Finance; prior internship or job experience is required
Have strong computer skills with specific knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, SQL, Microsoft Office, and the ability to write and modify queries and macros.
