Overall Role purpose: Verifies work requests for completeness, accuracy, compliance with standards, and correct alignment to project records. Verifies appropriate work authorization. Monitors proactively and analyzes queue data to ensure achievement of contract and service level agreements and project commitments. Ensures the required closedown activities are completed before closing service requests. Identifies, communicates, and elevates issues when necessary. Supports the help desk in escalating high severity issues. Performs analysis of project, queue, and applications catalogue data, and controls changes. Attends service reviews and change control meetings and provides necessary feedback to the service desk. Key Accountibilities and Responsibilities: Technology: Uses tools and databases to monitor the tickets according to the service levels; creates project/program documentation; reports information and metrics; and manages electronic documentation. People: Works closely with different service groups and liaises with all relevant parties by providing updates and information. May provide team leadership to other workflow staff. Customer: Provides progress status; escalates required actions and necessary communication. Business: Monitors open tickets according to policies and procedures; handles requests and ensures timely closing. Financial: Controls all assigned activities within the quality, cost, and schedule parameters of the agreement. Manages the requests and distribution of charge codes.
