NATURE OF WORK: Perform required analysis to evaluate Chemical baths Make Chemical adjustments as needed. Evaluate Process Control and react as necessary. Lab Instrumentation for the AA, UV/Vis, pH meters Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Works with engineers in conducting experiments. Will cross train in Dry Lab.
REQUIREMENTS: • Associates Degree or 3 years Lab experience • Must be able to Titrate and evaluate Chemical end points with accuracy. • Must have a thorough understanding of Chemical safety • Must be able to read and follow basic Chemical instructions. • Excellent communication skills required. • Must be able use Microsoft Excel and Outlook; Access experience is a plus.
