Currently our Austin team is seeking a Lead Analyst to help design and develop custom applications on the Microsoft stack. The Lead Analyst Will: * Plan and estimate requirements definition and management processes consistent with the software development maturity of the client organization. * Elicit, identify and capture functional and non functional requirements in use case modeling, business process modeling, domain analysis and traditional methods. * Provide QA, PM and tester support to projects for review of requirements management best practices and artifacts. * Advise clients on how to implement requirements management best practices and tools at the organization level. * Transform stakeholders needs, expectations, constraints, and interfaces into customer requirements. Success Criteria: * Utilize Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, 10 years of software experience, and 3 years of business analyst experience. * Use experience in running a custom application development engagement on the Microsoft technology platform, knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, and Project (version 2003 or later) to create innovative business solutions * Use an iterative approach to complete project-based work * Able to provide support in the installation, configuration, and rollout of requirements management tools at the project level. * Perform mock up UI designs, report designs or other commercial reporting tool.
