Responsibilities / Requirements / Qualifications:
Sogeti USAPhoenix officeis currently seeking a Lead Business System Analyst to join our team to work on major enterprise initiatives and mission critical projects.
You will also be responsible for helping to foster growth within the Sogeti'sApplication Development & Integration Practice (AD&I)by demonstrating leadership combined with superior technical knowledge and service delivery skills. Our employee based model is meant to grow our consultants through training, enablement, and collaboration. This means our close knit team is expected to provide and promote thought leadership to help develop our practice both internally within our consulting group and also externally to our clients.
Job Title: Lead Business System Analyst
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Must be located in Phoenix, AZ or willing to relocate to Phoenix, AZ
Skill / Experience Requirements:
* More than 5 years of relevant IT experience.
* Must have a Bachelor's Degree
* Experience Leading a team of BA or QA professionals
* Experience in both QA & BA arenas
QA:
* Manual Test Planning, Test Execution experience
* Test Scenario, Test Condition, Test Script Experience
* Knows different phases of QA Lifecycle: Unit Test, Assembly Test, System/Product Test, UAT
BA:
* Experienced in requirements collection (Interviews, JAD sessions, etc). Understands purpose of “Requirements Traceability”
* Experienced in creating Functional Designs or Functional Specifications
* Great communication & experience working with BOTH business & IT stakeholders, etc
