Lead Programmer(Permanent) If you are a talented Programmer seeking an opportunity for a challenging role with a growing company, this position may be for you! Kelly IT Resources is seeking a permanent, C# .NET Programmer for a long-time client and partner. We need a self-starter who can perform under pressure and also enjoys programming projects. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects. • Compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program. • Develop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, and schedules. • Conduct trial runs of programs and software applications to be sure they will produce the desired information - ensuring instructions are correct. • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. • Perform or directly revise, repair, or expand existing programs to increase operating efficiencies or to adapt to new requirements. • Write, analyze, review, and rewrite programs, using workflow charts and diagrams, applying knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, and symbolic logic. • Write or contribute to instructions or manuals to guide end-users. • Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables. • Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards. • Perform systems' analysis and programming tasks to maintain and control the use of computer systems software as a systems programmer. • Negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain necessary resources and/or materials. • Schedule and facilitate meetings related to information technology projects. • Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems. • Monitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback.
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Computer Programming or equivalent from four-year college or university; or four plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Proficient in Advanced Excel, HTML, C#, .NET and JavaScript. • Working knowledge of SQL and LDAP • Superior problem solving and analytical skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills
