Position Summary We require immediate backfill of these replacement headcounts to execute backlog projects from major SSB customers like TIPPCO , Viet tri Paper-Vietnam, RA US Global Engineering Practice Group, KC Thailand, ESSO load shedding for Thailand, NZ Water Council, Visa steel , SAIL , Dr. Reddy , Techpro , Reliance Industries, Essar, ISSCO , ETA - Dubai and Delhi , Shapoorji Pallonji , Metso Minerals , HB Esmech , Devon , MRF , Mahindra and Mahindra , BHEL , IIT, Nelco - DMRC, Bhusan steel, Shree cement and Ogun Steel as well as upcoming projects like Sunflag, Goodyear Tyre , Apollo fives and ITC. We are also supporting to South Region for design, engineering, software development, commissioning for projects outside including pre-sales support in terms of proposal development.
The market is already picked up and most of our traditional customer has already keep on sending enquiry to us which is really challenging for us to provide support due to lack of proposal and solution consultant resources. The total order is 39 Million USD till June 2010 which is around 55% higher than order intake of last year. Whereas we are struggling to meet our revenue plan due to shortage of execution resources.
Now we have to recruit people immediately other wise further delay in execution will impact the Liquated damage, customer project delivery & satisfaction and will have impact on our future Drives business.
Minimum Qualifications Lead Engineer
Full-time Master degree in Engineering with 5+ years experience or
.4 year Bachelor of Engineering degree with 6+ year's experience
.3 year degree with software skill oriented course or diploma and with 8 years experience in software development
