CACI has an opening for a Lead Functional Analyst, Network Operations in support of the 83rdNetwork Operating Squadron at Langley Air Force Base. The selected candidate will perform the following tasks on a routine basis: * Daily monitoring of Change Requests and Trouble Tickets * Help performing Server Farm inspections * Replace hardware as needed in Server Farm * Perform Server builds/rebuilds * Complete Vulnerability Management System (VMS) entries * Perform DISA Gold Scan/remediation Required Qualifications:
Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and seven to nine years of network systems experience.
The selected candidate must possess skills in the following areas: * Windows platforms (Server 2003, Server 2008, and Server 2000) * Redundant Array of Independent Disks (RAID) configuration for Dell and HP platforms * Dell Open Manage and HP Smart Start * Remote Server administration using Integrated Dell Remote Access Card (iDRAC) * Configuring Keyboard-Video-Mouse and Protocol Data Units * Knowledge in DISA Gold Disk procedures * Knowledge in using AF Center for Electronic Distribution of Systems (AFCEDS) to download/install Operating Systems * Knowledge in using the Remedy Change request/trouble ticket system * Knowledge in using VMS * Knowledge in VMware and storage Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certification or similar vendor/platform professional certification is required within 18 months of hire date.
Requires an Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification under the DoD 8570.01M and in compliance with DoDD 8570.01 within six months hire.
Requires Secret clearance (must be obtainable). Requires US Citizenship.
Desired Qualifications:
A current MCSE or MCSA certification or a vendor/platform professional certification would be viewed as beneficial.
