Lead Programmer/Analyst

Builds and codes applications and/or modules using languages such as C++, visual basic, ABAP, JAVA, XTML, etc. Provides patches and upgrades to existing systems. May design graphical user interface (GUI) to meet the specific needs of users. Prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls. May build add-on modules using application program language.

Required Education:11+ Years with HS or 7+ Years with AA or 5+ Years with BS or 2+ Years with MS or 0+ Years with PhDRequired Experience:Required Skills:GCCS JavaScript Developer. The successful candidate will design and develop software and data base applications for COMPACFLT GCCS-M, GCCS-J and related systems as required. This tasks includes developing executable code, scripts, templates and other modules. In addition, technical documentation will be provided, including a description of code, script, report or procedure describing the challenges addressed in the procedure, how the procedure works, vulnerabilities raised and address in the procedure. Also Configuration Management support, including CM policy and procedure recommendations, inventories of hardware, software, licenses and documentation will be required. The candidate will be responsible for Web Server Maintenance, interfacing to Oracle Apps Server and knowledgable in maintaining Oracle 10G & 11G. Candidate must have work experience in BEA WEBLOGIC, Oracle, Java, Database interfaces.Preferred Skills:REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS: Bachelor's degree in related technical discipline (or 4 years of experience can be substituted for the Degree). Candidate must have at least 5 years of software and IT experience. SQL and .NET developmental expertise, Object Oriented Design, Database Management/Design. Experience in UNIX and Javascript are required.
