Working as a Lead Provisioning Design Engineer, you will provide support for BVOIP & Ethernet services, specifically in the LSR (Local Service Request), CSR (Customer Service Request) and LNP (Local Number Portability), Customer Orders, ASR (Access Request Orders). Understanding of Local Porting, data lines, alarm lines, POTs lines and T1 services highly desirable. High paced, demanding, team environment.
What you'll do as a Lead Provisioning Engineer:
- Ensuring accuracy of information provided and the ability to escalate for missing information or components
- May require coordination with other business groups/teams
- Scheduling/tracking and monitoring of critical customer dates
- Occasional out-of-hours/overtime
This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T's compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge or air emissions.
