Your Responsibilities: - Design and implement HR interventions to support business growth through planning, facilitating and providing coaching and consulting services to teams and individuals. - Continuously improve strategies, structures and processes by using Organizational Development methods, procedures, and tools to introduce and implement solutions. - Evaluate current performance management process, diagnose fit with high growth and dynamic environment, and propose improvements required, including but not limited to feedback mechanism, workforce planning and development processes. - Introduce tools to build organizational and individual capabilities, include development of organizational assessment mechanism, interpret results, present recommendations and execute improvement plans. - Write proposals and policies, design surveys and conduct research to justify people- / organizational- development proposals and budget allocations. - Work with individuals who may belong to professional or peer organization and leverage current organizational and/or external know-how at similar fields.
Your Profile: - Bachelor degree or equivalent - 5+ years of working experience with an international scope, of which at least 3 years in Organizational Development - Strong conceptual and analytical skills (including quantitative analysis) - High level of independence, result-oriented, agile, thoughtful, resourceful, great team-player - Very good command of English - An appreciate for how innovation and technology can create added value
