3 months, close to downtown SLC. $40 / hour, linux Systems Administrator. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the application Load program updates as needed; for General Release and Pilot customers Short Description: Responsible for the installation, configuration and administration of Windows and/or Linux virtual servers Complete Description: Configure each VM in the data center Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the application Load program updates as needed; for General Release and Pilot customers Configure network as needed to limit access to dealership personnel. Responsible for the installation, configuration and administration of linux and/or Windows servers as follows: Configure Network settings on Windows Server 2008 and Linux virtual machines. Configure unique host data on Windows Server 2008 and Linux Virtual machines. Provides technical assistance to other members of the group. Performs other related duties as assigned. Position Overview: Responsible for the installation, configuration and administration of linux and/or Windows servers. Must be proficient with Windows Server 2008 configurations and management. Should have knowledge in the use of the Vi editor in Linux environments. Knowledge of VMware VSphere is a plus. Provides technical assistance to other members of the group. Configure each VM in the data center Monitor dealer systems in the data center Configure network as needed to limit access to dealership personnel.
