Technology Associates partners with government and commercial agencies that require development of systems, such as communication systems, asset management, network deployment and engineering services, power and energy management solutions, portal applications, command and control, and geospatial information systems (GIS) to operate more efficiently and profitably.
Technology Associates is always looking for exceptional individuals to join our team.  We are currently building our candidate bench of Senior Logistics Analysts.
 
Summary:  Under limited supervision, provides acquisition logistics to provide services to support Technology Associates Clients.
 
ManagementScope:   This position has direct reports.
 
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelors degree or experience as an operational and/or acquisition logistician
* Five to nine years experience working extensively with operational Marine Corps logistics and/or engineer equipment (bulk liquid systems, engineer equipment, explosive ordnance disposal) highly desired
* Expert within logistics with knowledge of acquisition documents such as maintenance plans, reliability and demonstration plans, fielding and supportability plans, contractor master test plans, and training documents
* Knowledge of DoD 5000 Series
* Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Ability to make sound, independent judgments within established policies and procedures
* Professional written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively
* Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
* Advanced technical, analytical and problem solving skills
* Ability to participate and work in a team environment
* Customer service skills and/or strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to obtain/maintain the required level of security clearance, Secret clearance
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide acquisition management and acquisition logistics support for development, fielding and life cycle operations of general purpose engineer and engineer support equipment.
* Lead a team in the development of logistics support plans, and conduct logistics related analyses such as sparing requirement development and evaluation of logistics support alternatives.
* Prepare acquisition documentation related to logistics such as the Integrated Logistics Support Plan and the logistics related portions of the USMC System Acquisition Master Plan.
* Represent the government at meetings related to logistics, set agendas and record and publish minutes.
* Assist in the development of fielding plans and technical manuals.
* Domestic travel as required.
* Other duties as required.
