Execute the business plan, monitor and control the budget, and coordinate with the Logistics Program Management group to meet customer requirements. This includes collaborating with the team effectively, ensuring staffing and training needs are met in a timely manner and supervising technicians on site. The incumbent will fully support the production and operation of the F119, F135 and JUCAS programs at Edwards AFB. Using the ACE operating system, this individual will work to foster solid customer relations, deliver on schedule with excellent quality and manage a diverse workforce in a healthy and safe environment.
This position will be located Edwards AFB, CA on 2nd shift
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.

3+ years experience in aircraft/engine maintenance field. Engine experience desired. Supervisory experience a plus especially in a union environment. Strong people skills, the ability to motivate others and establish a strong team oriented environment are prerequisites. ACE implementation experience is an important skill. Ideal candidate must have proven success at meeting or exceeding company goals and objectives. Secret clearance or the ability to acquire a secret clearance is mandatory.
