Overview:
This individual will perform a wide range of activities associated with the development and administration of the Human Resources Information Systems. Oversees and manages the day-to-day and strategic directions of Human Resources Information Systems and related applications. Ensures the integrity of system databases and transaction processing. Develops custom reports and maintains the HR Department web site. Serves as the H.R. liaison and partner to the I.T. department. Will be responsible for the activities and development of the Sr. HRIS Analyst.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the strategic direction and ongoing development of the HRIS system * Designs and delivers key reporting requirements for the enterprise * Ensures data integrity through management of data and effective data processing guidelines * Is the primary HRIS resource for the enterprise * Manager all HR data entry, report-writing and related projects * Provides analytical support to HR, Payroll, and other departments, as needed * Partners with I.T. and Payroll to provide optimal service to operating departments * Prepares system training documentation to encourage the proper use of HR systems and conducts necessary user training * Responsible for the HR Intranet site * Adheres to all enterprise policies, both administrative and operational
Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge of Oracle HRIS (or similar enterprise-wide system) * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business or equivalent experience. * Seven to ten years' HRIS experience; including developing applications, writing procedures and creating reports required. * Experience with Business Objects (or similar reporting tool) strongly preferred. * Must have excellent computer skills with strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Access, and SharePoint. * Ability to handle information in a manner which protects confidentiality * Proven project management abilities * Experience acting as a direct manager preferred An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer
