Develop long-range operational objectives by identifying internal and external operating issues that could affect growth and profitability. Focus specifically on operating strategies and operational excellence, including productivity and supply chain management. Provide direction to subordinates based on general policies and management guidance. Interprets and executes policies and procedures that typically affect subordinate organizational units. Recommends modifications to operating policies. Function as an advisor to a unit regarding tasks, projects and operations. Daily invovlement in the operations when required to meet schedules or to resolve complex problems. Ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Bachelor degree in Business Administration or in a managerial discipline. Minimum of six (6) years demonstrated operational management and/or program management experience.
