Responsible for people management, coordinating the work of, and providing guidance to the professionals in Contract Management, Project Administration and Site support teams. Key Stakeholders for collaboration and coordination are Project Managers, VAME Finance, VAME Legal and contracting, VAME P&C and SCM.

Responsibilities


* Manage day-to-day workload of Commercial Contracts Administrator(s), Project Support Professional(s) and Project Administrator(s) within the group.
* Deliver excellent employees for Project Administration, Site Administration and Documentation and Inventory and Tool Management. Secure all required training and education.
* Support enhanced business performance, quality and efficiency through improved motivation, loyalty and employee satisfaction.
* Ensures construction follows excellence business processes and utilizes SAP transactions correctly, develop processes (streamlining and aligning), ensure master data traceability, construction site start-up and close-out, SAP support, site audits and NCR management.
* Ensures support for the administration of commercial contracts for which the construction department has primary execution and oversight responsibility. If needed, proactively manage/optimize cost and revenue through contract management.
* Ensures general project management support and assistance (NCR and claim follow up, RFI follow up, CMS, DNV etc).
* Manages additional work as assigned by manager.
Qualifications

* 5 years of experience in a management position in finance/controlling/contract management in large industrial or construction companies
* BS or MS in finance/economics/quantity surveyor or equivalent
* Ability to analyze a construction contract
* Good understanding of SAP, its modules and functionalities
* Know the value chain and key processes
* Good knowledge of financial guidelines and principles
* Understanding of reporting tools
* Basic Wind turbine site construction knowledge incl. civil/BOP engineering.
* Cross cultural insight and understanding
* Ability to align objectives of the function with business strategy
* Ability to select/retain Project Administrators, Contract Administrators and Project Support Professionals and build a strong Project Management Support Team
* Coach and develop
* Ability to drive and lead change
