Job Description
Lead a cross-functional team in development, execution and measurement of superior relationship marketing programs. Exhibit and foster teamwork, both internally and externally. Work with Database Operations functional areas, advertising agencies and consumer marketing brand teams to develop relationship marketing campaign specifications for telemarketing, data entry, direct mail, fulfillment, internet, database and analysis. Use strong project management skills to manage multi-faceted, complex direct-marketing programs both with internal and outside vendors and agencies. Efficiently retain customers, acquire customers, increase product usage and maximize customer lifetime value through effective use of relationship marketing. Use strong leadership to affect vendor compliance, responsibility and ownership as well as educate organization on consumer database and marketing best practices. Develop quality assurance processes.
Skills/Requirements
* At least 2 years experience in managing data entry, fulfillment, direct mail, database, internet, telemarketing and analysis * Experience managing a relationship marketing budget and timeline * Expertise in developing and implementing successful multi-channel (integrated) database and relationship marketing programs across constituencies in customer value chain. This should include acquisition and retention * Expertise in project management, cradle to grave, of all aspects of relationship marketing programs and campaigns. * Large organization experience * Ability to wear many hats with broad-based management experience involving managing, motivating, and developing people * Excellent project management and communication skills to direct internal teams, external vendors and to ensure outcomes consistent with brand management goals and objectives * In-depth knowledge of relationship marketing * Excellent project planning skills * Knowledge and understanding of consumer and healthcare marketing principles Interested and qualified candidates are invited to apply onlineor e-mail resumes to Mike
