The Business Center EMEA is located in Eindhoven and combines several back office functions in the commercial supply chain of Philips Healthcare to achieve process efficiencies. By doing so, the Key Markets are enabled to increase quality time with our customer.
The Business Center EMEA will support the Key Markets in Philips Healthcare, which started with MCR (Multi Country Region) EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) and Benelux. Currently the scope has expanded with UK&I and Iberia. The scope will gradually expand this year when activities from other European Key Markets will be added.
Your Responsibilities: In this role you are responsible for the timely availability of complete and correct quality master data, for the Eindhoven Business Center. You interact with internal customers, other specialists and key users to ensure that all data meets business requirements such as audit-ability, security, integrity and manageability.
Key area's of responsibilities:
* Correct, efficient and timely input of all vendor, customer, cost centers, General Ledger (GL) accounts, dealer contracts and material master data into the ERP system.
* Ensures that all data is entered with structure and according to work instruction.
* Checking on quality and consistency of all vendor, customer, cost centers, GL accounts, dealer contracts and material master data
* Supporting Contracts Administrator with the introduction of Dealer sales information for order flows
* Supporting Contracts Administrator with maintaining the IST account; creating and changing users according to the contract information into IST and Partner Management tool.
* Supporting the Master Data Manager with the introduction of new data as a result of organizational changes etc.
* Search, inform, verify and change prices of spare parts and commercial materials and reassess prices in correct currency
* Support the purchasing department by creating and changing shopping cards in EPB
* Transfer appropriate knowledge to other members of the team.
* Is able to resolve post related data issues in order to be audit proof.
Your Profile: To be successful in this role, your profile includes:
* Vocational (MBO) or Bachelor (HBO) degree
* Knowledge of SAP/R3 is a must
* Computer operator knowledge in general use, MS Office, Lotus Notes, PPS and several custom made software systems
* Experience with data management is strongly preferred
* Good communicative skills, with a fluency in Dutch, English and Spanish both in words and writing.
* You have an accurate, methodical work style and are able to work under pressure in case of high work load
Furthermore you are an enthusiastic and motivated team-player. You can cope with stress, you have a flexible mentality and you are able to work in a changing environment. You have very good communication skills and are customer oriented.
