Your Responsibilities: o Ensuring master data correctness in SAP o Operational support to Demand Planners and Orderdesk o Ensuring availability of products o KAM Support for product cards
Job responsibilities: . Master Data Maintenance: o Maintain minimal order quantities o Report on all master data for product ID cards for customers o Lifecycle maintenance o Russian descriptions o Maintain substitute products o Validate customs pricelists o Creation of new materials o Maintain certificate status o Maintain VSAs
. Reporting o Excess stock reporting (consolidation) o Sales gap reporting o Allocation reporting o Ad-hoc reporting
. Rerouting / re-exporting o Operational execution of reroutes o Operational execution of re-exports o Physical stock management (internal locations) . APO data entry
Your Profile: . Background: University degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics . Fluent English; . IT Skills o SAP knowledge, o Microsoft Office - advanced user . Knowledge/experience of business planning & sales execution process (upstream & downstream ) .
