Technology Associates partners with government and commercial agencies that require development of systems, such as communication systems, asset management, network deployment and engineering services, power and energy management solutions, portal applications, command and control, and geospatial information systems (GIS) to operate more efficiently and profitably. Summary: Maximo EAM Business Analyst experienced in Maximo 6 and 7 to implement Tivoli Process Automation Engine technology on Maximo Asset Management and other applications run off the TPAE architecture. Position Description: * Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for improvements in relation to the Maximo. * Perform GAP analysis to compare functionality across multiple platforms and systems. * Document functional and technical requirements. * Assist with developing training manuals. * Perform testing and quality assurance in relation to system roll-outs. * Ability to create standard BIRT reports. * Design and develop Workflow, Escalations, and Communication logs. * Facilitate business and technical requirement meetings with clients. * Provide direction/guidance to technical developers in relation to business requirements. * Assist with Configuration Management in relation to business requirements. Minimum Requirements: * Business process development and improvement * Defining and documenting business requirements * Defining and documenting business rules and business approach * System training (functional) - System configuration - Testing - Report definition and development - Change management - Maximo 6 or 7 - SQL (Oracle, SQL Server) - BIRT - Microsoft Project - SVN
Candidates should have three (3) or more years of experience with Maximo or a similar EAM application and possess the following:
- Functional knowledge of EAM - Business process improvement experience - Strong communication skills - Strong writing skills
* Up to 25% travel * Background in Oil and Gas, Utilities preferred * Maximo 7 certification preferred
