We are assisting our client in searching for a top quality McAfee Systems Analyst. Take a look at this excellent opportunity! This contract is likely to extend. McAfee Systems Analyst 6 mos.+ contract Short Description: • Hands on McAfee experience in ePO daily administration and handle daily tier 3 support incidents • Malware Remediation Experiences • Experiences with HIPs, Intrushield, DLP • Positive can do attitude: willing and capable of looking for ways to solve problems Complete Description: EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, Science related field • 5+ years of equivalent experience including 3+ years of industry experience • Knowledge of analysis and trouble-shooting techniques. • ITIL certification preferred
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE: • Intermediate computer and networking skills • Familiar with remote control applications • Exposure to field operations • Trouble-shooting and problem solving skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organization and planning skills • Ability to handle multiple activities successfully • Good teamplayer
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Under close supervision, provide internal and external customer support for real-time data services in compliance with Service Level Agreements. • Configure and maintain real-time data feeds. • Monitor and ensure quality of real-time data. • Diagnose moderately complex hardware, software, and network problems. • Maintains and updates daily reports. • Ensure email and telephone requests are recorded using the standard incident tracking system. • Ensure customer data confidentiality and validate entitlements . • Recommend system modifications to reduce user problems. • Handles special projects as assigned.
