May perform one or more of the following:
Responsibilities
Provide expertise as a functional consultant to healthcare clients of ACS Healthcare Solutions. Build McKesson Horizon clinical applications. Determine best practice roll-out of application, conduct workflow analysis or process redesign, and perform lead or project management duties.
All other duties as assigned.
Applicable Skills
Preference for RN, Pharmacist, or other clinicians with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Hands-on experience implementing one or more of the following McKesson products, ideally across multiple healthcare facilities:
Horizon Expert Orders (HEO)
Horizon Expert Documentation (HED)
Horizon Meds Manager (HMM)
Candidate must possess application build experience, such as orders/results, tables, screens, dictionaries and background in clinical documentation and CPOE.
Current and future state workflow analysis and process redesign.
Practical application of a full or partial system implementation, including planning, design, building, testing, support, and training.
Excellent communication, organizational skills and customer service focus.
Background as a consultant is highly desired.
PMP certification is a plus for senior level project management opportunities.
Ability to travel up to 100%; relocation not required.
