Mechanical Engineer - Units/OEM

Develops product concepts that supports strategic initiatives while meeting technology trends. Performs FAE analysis for new product
Responsible to provide engineering methods of computer modeling technology based on product fuinction.
Maintain and develop engineering calculation programs using Visual Basic.
Provide technical expertise on noise and vibration related area.
Prepares information as needed in the design documentation process including product function and specification.
Responsible for determining component requirements appropriate to product.
Plans, develops, and participate in experimination and tests related to product development.
Responsible for determining root cause of product nonperformance utilizing appropriate test equipment.
Will initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.
Incumbents in this job do not have people management responsibilities.

Prior selling experience with engineering concepts.
Advanced knowledge of compressor designs and concepts.
Should be able to develop plans to prioritize and resolve customer issues from various sources.
Strong mechanical aptitude, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. Must be autonomous (self-starter) and able to problem solve.
Desire to continuous seek improvement in existing process.
Adept PC skills with a strong knowledge and previous utilization of project management software (MS Project)
