Job Description
Manage medium size teams, demonstrate solid technical knowledge, demonstrate solid business knowledge, require limited direction, give significant direction, handle complex problems, possess strong knowledge of the policies, standards and procedures, have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Provide direct supervision of individuals including mentoring, performance management, and staffing decisions.
•Set team, group or service objectives and ensure they align with the IT vision and the teams' day-to-day activities.
•Determine and manage priorities, timelines and schedules.
•Interact regularly with customers to understand their business and to anticipate needed IT solutions.
•Review team, group and/or service deliverables to ensure quality (design walk-through, test results, etc.) and adherence to the processes, standards and regulatory requirements.
•Participate in the budget process and monitor the budget as appropriate. Assist the business with IT capital and operating expense investment requirements.
•Participate in the research, analysis, selection, and implementation of new tools, technologies and/or services.
•Develop, gather and measure relevant productivity metrics.
•Manage or participate on projects as required.
Job Requirements

•Ability to accomplish results through others.
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred or relevant work experience
•8+ years of experience including 2+ years of leadership.
