Position Description Provide advanced infrastructure support for Exchange 2007/2010 and related technologies. This includes experience installing, migrating and administering Microsoft Exchange, its messaging infrastructure, and all related tools and technologies. Position Requirements 3 plus years experience implementing, configuring and administration of Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010. On-call support for all Exchange Servers Proactive Server monitoring and intervention (disk space, capacity, etc.) Create/Update Operational Procedures Mail file management and support for purging, recovery, security, and troubleshooting Provide subject matter expertise regarding Exchange support/administration Migrate Pilot users to the new Exchange 2010 Infrastructure Operate Complete Messaging Environment Escalation support for all Exchange/Outlook client issues Provide cross training to front line support team Office Communicator & Lync Support (and all related technologies) Executive support for mail issues (and all related technologies)
