Mid-Level Software Engineer - DIRECT LABOR
Successful candidate will join a mature technical project as a Software Engineer and provide support to a highly visible web project. The SE is a key member of the project team and will work independently in the maintenance and enhancement of a corporate Intranet supporting an element of the HQ Department of the Army staff. Work will sometimes be under tight timelines. Successful candidate must be self starter and able to set their own priorities, interact with customers, and act with minimal supervision. Candidates must have a minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Candidates are expected to have 2 years of Information Technology experience. Candidate must have a minimum of 2 year's hands-on experience in web development. Experience with , C#.NET, , and MS SQL Server DBMS is required. Experience with portal technologies is desired, some MS SharePoint development is a requirement. Experience with financial systems is a plus. Experience with Federal Government IT systems is desired. Solid communication and client interface skills are required. Candidate must be able to acquire a DOD secret security clearance.
