Job Description This job will require the qualified candidate to develop and maintain strong customer relationships and to lead all sales activities from first contact to order entry. The Capital Equipment Sales Representative duties may include but are not limited to:
• Recommend innovative solutions to customers - prepare and calculate production concepts and proposals • Analyze Customer specifications and contract terms • Responsible to calculate profit margin and itemization of design and manufacturing costs • Conduct negotiations with customers • Develop project strategies, marketing strategies, and marketing presentations • Continually keep updated on new commercial and technical developments in the market segment • Act as a technical resource in areas of Composite Spray Molding equipment • Participate in international sales events, organize trade shows and promotional events • Coordinate customer trials, specify goals, analyze results, and recommend solutions • On site visits of customer production sites to evaluate customer needs
Requirements • 3+ years of experience in capital equipment sales, application engineering or equivalent • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets • Excellent personal presentation skills • Team-first attitude and strong motivation to learn and grow • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Be friendly and enthusiastic about work and products towards customers • Extended travel and meetings with customers up to 80%
