Network Administrator
Our clients, a large government integrator, is looking for a Linux Systems Administrator to work on a project at their location near Keyser, West a day-to-day basis, this individual will maintain and support roughly 30 Linux Servers and possibly a few MS Servers. Additional duties will include software installs, fixes, diagnosis, systems backups and restores. There could be some networking duties, so any networking background would be a plus. To be qualified for this position, and associates degree with 3 years experience or a minimum of 5 years of industry experience without a degree. Candidates must have at Least 3 years of Red Hat Linux, Windows Server and desktop experience and knowledge of Cisco Routers and/or sses would include Oracle database knowledge, IDS and firewall s position is scheduled as a six month project that could possibly go on as a direct hire or be extended. There is no guarantee this will be extended. Since this is an immediate opening, individual will need to personally interview within 24 hours.
