Job Description:
The network administrator will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and enhancing the infrastructure for the City of Pomona.
Education and Typical Years Experience:
The candidate should have
3-5 years equivalent work experience supporting the networking technologies at an intermediate level.
College degree or some college
Special Requirements - Preferred/ Key skills:
MICROSOFT OFFICE 2003, Remote Configuration, excellent communications skills, excellent customer service skills. experience in Microsoft Windows XP, Cisco IOS, VLAN, VNC, VPN; Backup Exec 12.5 or newer software; Microsoft Exchange Environment; Supporting a Remote Access Environment; Blackberry and Windows Mobile device support; as well as on-site and remote network support. Familiarity with MDC technologies, Motorola primary vendor.
