Provide Network and Systems administration for Network Engineers and internal server environments. Responsibilities:
Independently analyze and independently identify complex problems within the software and/or a customer's data and/or the knowledge-base and/or operating system. Exercise independent judgment to determine the appropriate course of action to be taken based on the analysis performed and all possible solutions. Independently take the appropriate course of action to remedy problems and issues identified.
Document all analysis and actions. This data is used by Network Engineers to determine resolution or possible enhancement to internal infrastructure.
Provide consulting advice to network users and Network Support Specialist
Provide input to short term plans, i.e. plans to internal environment upgrades. Qualifications:
Required: * o PC, Network & Server trouble shooting skills * o Understanding of network technologies to included TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and WINS * oVersed in Microsoft Operating Systems and applications * oExcellent English language oral and written communication skills * Preferred * o Experience with VPN Clients and Firewalls * Data Backup Operations * MSSQL Experience
