Network Analyst
Network Analyst: CISCO Routing and Switching and/or VoIP [2 positions]
The primary responsibility of the Network Analyst is the installation, layout and maintenance of all network and IP Tel hardware and components. Primary Responsibilities Duties
Consult with users and evaluate requirements, recommend designs, plan projects and coordinate tasks for installation of network equipment and software tools Install, configure and maintain network components
Recommend network solutions for short, medium and long term projects
Analyze and resolve technical problems and issues that arise Monitor and maintain all network switches, routers and firewalls
Provide reporting on current network infrastructure
Management of IP Tel hardware and systems
Provide second level support to end users for all aspects of networking, including connectivity issues and LAN WAN performance
Assist with the implementation of network upgrades
Monitor and maintain system logs and records encompassing all network objects
Coordinate service, updates, repairs for network and IP Tel hardware
Assist with implementation of IP Tel systems and provide ongoing support
Work with vendors or third parties to resolve complex network problems
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Education Required: University degree in Technology or Computer Science, or a technical diploma in Network Administration Certifications Licenses Required: CCNP Preferred, CCNA Must have , Voice Preferred Experience Required: 3-5 Years IT Networking Experience
