Description
Key Role: Support the analysis efforts of critical communication networks and systems. Perform vulnerability and risk assessments of logical and physical networks and systems capabilities, technologies, designs, and implementations. Perform analysis on large scale telecommunication networks, cyber security protection systems, and enterprise and wireless communication networks in support of the federal government. This position is located in Northern, VA.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: -3+ years of experience with telecommunication networks, the application of networking protocols, and network technologies -3+ years of experience with working in a network operations environment -Experience with authoring network, systems, or infrastructure documentation and client-ready deliverables -Ability to obtain a security clearance -BS degree
Additional Qualifications: -Experience with network security and information assurance standards -Experience with briefing team leads on technical and functional issues -Experience with network device implementation and deployment, including routers, switches, firewalls, IDS, and gateways -Ability to participate in network evaluations to determine alignment with functional requirements -BS degree in EE, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, CS, or other related telecommunications field -CISSP Certification preferred
