Day to Day Work Leadership skills to engage teams, technologies, and processes to deliver solution to a recognized business challenge in security. Must demonstrate experience in Security assessment, Risk Assessment and Mitigation areas, recent and emerging delivery methodologies for security solution implementation, recent experience in Security solutions platforms. Plans, conducts, and technically directs security related projects or major phases of significant security related projects, coordinating the efforts of engineers and technical support staff in the performance of assigned projects.  Provides technical consultation to other organizations as well as task direction to team members.  Demonstrated Skills: Experience (5 years) and knowledge of DoD and DON IA policies.  Experience within the DoD and DoN as it relates to DIACAP and the required processes and procedures to achieve a ATO for a system, site, network and or enclave.  DoD HBSS implementation (2 years total) experience and experience (2 years) in DoD Policy exceptions and processes as it relates to HBSS.  Must have an understanding and hands on experience implementing requirements from DoD/DON FRAGO 13 and CTOâ?Ts related to HBSS within DoD and or DoN environments.  Must have an understanding of and experience with the DoD and DON IA policy, DoD IA Implementation (DoD 8500.2), DON DIACAP Handbook, and DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DoDI 8510.01).  Current hands on knowledge of DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Check Lists, Gold Disk (Windows), and Security Readiness Review (SRR -scripts).  Understand and experience with NETWARCOM ODAA office and the IATS site for DIACAP package repository.  Knowledge and experience with the DoD IA Implementation (DoD 8500.2), DON DIACAP Handbook, and DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DoDI 8510.01).  Experience leading projects and programs for DoD and/or DON agencies.  Management experience shall be in programs with particular relevance to Information Technology and Information Assurance.  Project management experience (5 years) which includes keeping contract tasks, task orders or projects on schedule, within budget and within scope, and ensuring deliverables are submitted as defined and on schedule. IA Certification Requirement:  Must have CCSIP, SCNA, CISA, or GSE Certification Must have one of the following: MCSA, MCSE, MCITP-SA MCITP_EA or MCP Desired skills: ITIL v3 Foundation certified.  Possess a security certification for the Information Assurance Management (IAM) III in accordance with theInformation Assurance Workforce Improvement Program (DoD 8570.1-M).  Must also be an approved Fully Qualified Navy Certification Agent: DoD IA Implementation (DoD 8500.2):  DON DIACAP Handbook, and   DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DoDI 8510.01).  EDUCATION: None Specified by government.  U.S. citizens required Clearance: Contractor personnel in IT-II positions must have completed a successful background investigation and have a Secret clearance.
